The Wendy House is approx. 8' x 10', in good condition throughout, having been maintained on an annual basis. Currently painted in jolly pale blue and white stripes there is plenty of room for entertaining inside and out with Table, Chairs, Sun Loungers etc. Fully Equipped it boasts a stylish and welcoming Retro Interior.
Excellent facilities nearby, include Brackenbury Kiosk for delicious, cakes, sandwiches, tea, coffee and icecreams; SPAR minimarket; Fludyers Bistro Pub; Fish and Chips etc. Wonderful coastal walk along promenade to Old Felixstowe Ferry where you will find a terrific old fashioned cafe, Fishmongers and quaint old ferry across to Bawdsey and another Cafe in the old sailing club. Golf Club nearby too. In the other direction, around the corner and out of sight, you can walk to the Pier with numerous eateries on the way, the traditional Spa Theatre and in the distance the Port of Felixstowe. In the bay you will see an array of sailing boats tacking between the two estuaries (River Deben and River Orwell) and further out to sea, the large container ships from afar, heading in and out of Felixstowe Port.
The Beach is a short walk down some well maintained steps, which also lead to the promenade.
