A traditional beach hut with uninterrupted views of Bournemouth Pier and the Purbecks. It is situated on the lifeguarded (in summer) area of the beach and is very close to the freshwater shower, drinking water tap and public toilets. From the Durley Chine car park/Harvester Pub, it is a short level walk to the hut going towards Bournemouth.
It is equipped with 2 sun loungers, 2 reclining chairs, 4 chairs, table, side table and gas stove with kettle and privacy curtain. There are mugs, plates, cutlery and cups as well as a number of buckets, spades and other children's beach games. There is also a parasol and windbreak.
Weekly rental runs from Saturday through to Friday. Please note that there is a maximum of 6 people allowed at the beach hut at any one time (Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Borough Council restrictions). Please also note that while dogs are allowed at the hut and promenade all year round, no dogs are allowed on the beach directly in front of the hut from 1st May - to 30th September. The dog-friendly beach is a 2 minute's walk away.
