The Beach Hut is appx 150 yards from Urban Reef & 300 yards from Boscombe Pier. The hut is at promenade level with easy access to the beach. It is equipped with a two-burner gas hob and grill.(New April 2023) Table, 6 chairs and parasol (All new in 2021) two gravity recliners (new June 23) and misc beach equipment inc a childs body board. Binoculars.
Toilets are 50 yards away and a tap 30 yards. Within 100yards are showers, changing rooms and first class disabled amenities. Within appx 200 yards are a pub, bistro, coffee shop, pizza outlet, surf shop and lifeguard station. Beach Volleyball courts are available for hire. Free car parking at top of Zig-Zag. Vehicle access to beach hut 9.00am - 10.00am each morning and between 5.30- 6.00pm.(Subject to Beach Services permission)
June/July/ Aug/Sept (High Season) £200 per week £38 daily.
Apri/May/Oct Mid Season £180 per week £32 daily.
All others £160 weekly £30 daily. Bank Holidays £45 per day.
10% Deposit (£10 minimum) required when booking. Balance to be paid 14 days prior to occupancy. Bookings usually commence Saturday. Air Festival rates on application.
Lock Combination provided after payment in full.
Owners reserve the right to re let if payment not paid by due date.
