It is in an excellent sought-after location at the bottom of Frinton-on-Sea High St (Connaught Avenue). Very close to local amenities for access to free parking, public loos, shops, and restaurants. Frinton-on-Sea has a Sandy, award-winning beach. Brightly painted, Sea Spirit is set on an elevated position (10 steps up), in a quiet location for this busy area of the promenade, with access to the excellent sandy beach very close-by.
Inside, the hut boasts:- •Galley kitchen has a gas burner l •Sink and bench seating. •Forward of the galley area is L-shape bench seating with cushions plus a multi-height table that can be used inside or outside the hut, plus a small coffee table. •Equipped with beach chairs and upright chairs most seating positions are catered for and can be used outside the hut, on the prom, or on the beach.
